Research and Development

The highly qualified and specialized professionals in our R&D department work closely with a variety of professionals such as architects, engineers, designers, contractors and inventors.

Using the latest computer 3Dsolid modeling design and manufacturing software, as well as sophisticated measuring and testing equipment we prototype your ideas and perform temperature, airflow and leakage testing to recognized standards. On large scale projects, we have the resources to successfully manage relationships with testing agencies such as UL, Intertek and CSA.

Whether it’s designing, testing, punching, spinning, plasma cutting, machining, shearing, forming, welding, assembling or painting, we take great pride in providing you with a complete suite of custom metal fabrication services. These include:

  • The latest in sheet metal, steel, and other alloys forming technology
